✨ MYSTICAL MASTERY CHRONICLES
October 2026 | RECLAIM YOUR POWER
Review • Release • Recalibrate • Receive
October arrives with a very different rhythm.
This is not a month for forcing what refuses to move. It is a month for seeing clearly, reclaiming what belongs to you, releasing what does not, and becoming more intentional about the people, relationships, commitments, and desires receiving your energy.
The October astrology.
Venus stations retrograde October 3,
the Libra New Moon arrives October 10,
Pluto stations direct October 15,
the Sun enters Scorpio October 23,
Mercury stations retrograde October 24, and the Taurus Full Moon peaks late October 25 in Central Time / just after midnight October 26 Eastern.
October's message: What are you ready to reclaim?
OCTOBER ASTROLOGY
What Our Mystics Need to Know
October 1–9 | REVIEW & RELEASE
October opens with Venus stationing retrograde on October 3.
In astrology, Venus symbolizes relationships, attraction, values, pleasure, beauty, self-worth and money. A Venus retrograde is traditionally treated as a period of reassessment rather than simply pushing forward.
Old relationship themes may resurface.
Former desires may look different.
Questions surrounding worth, reciprocity and what you genuinely value can become louder.
Ask yourself:
Am I choosing this because it aligns with me—or because I've become accustomed to it?
This is your opportunity to stop chasing what requires you to abandon yourself.
October 10–16 | RESET & OPEN
The Libra New Moon on October 10 shifts attention toward relationships, agreements, balance, reciprocity and the way we relate to others.
Then Pluto stations direct October 15, symbolically bringing themes of transformation, power and deeper psychological material back into forward motion.
This is where October asks:
What deserves another opportunity—and what has already taught you everything you needed to learn?
Set intentions around aligned partnerships, stronger boundaries and relationships built upon mutual respect.
October 17–23 | RECLAIM
This is the bridge between Libra's relationship awareness and Scorpio's depth.
On October 23, the Sun enters Scorpio.
The conversation becomes deeper.
Scorpio symbolism asks us to investigate what lies underneath appearances: intimacy, trust, power, attachment, transformation, resources and the things we don't casually discuss.
October isn't asking you to fear your shadow.
It is asking you to understand it well enough that it no longer controls you.
October 24–31 | REASSESS & TRANSFORM
Mercury stations retrograde October 24, followed closely by the Taurus Full Moon, exact at 11:11 PM Central on October 25 / 12:11 AM Eastern October 26.
Mercury retrograde traditionally emphasizes review, reconsideration and revisiting communication or decisions.
Meanwhile, the Taurus Full Moon brings the Scorpio–Taurus axis into focus:
What do I desire versus what do I truly value?
What feels intense versus what is actually stable?
What am I holding because it nourishes me—and what am I holding simply because I'm afraid to release it?
October closes with an invitation to choose substance over chaos, value over validation, and alignment over attachment.
OCTOBER NUMEROLOGY
The 11/2 Frequency
There is another fascinating layer to October.
2026 = 2 + 0 + 2 + 6 = 10 → 1
October = 10 → 1
Together:
1 + 1 = 2
So October 2026 is a Universal Month 2. Some numerology traditions retain the unreduced 11 as a master-number influence, making this an 11/2 month. Multiple contemporary numerology sources calculate October 2026 as Universal Month 2 and associate it with cooperation, relationships, patience and sensitivity.
For Mystical Mastery Arts and our Mystics, I particularly like the 11/2 interpretation:
11 — intuition, heightened perception, illumination 2 — partnership, receptivity, diplomacy, cooperation
Notice how closely that mirrors October's astrology.
Libra emphasizes relationship and balance.
Venus retrograde asks us to reconsider what—and whom—we value.
Scorpio asks for truth beneath appearances.
And the 2 asks:
Can you remain powerful without forcing the outcome?
October's mastery is not domination.
It is discernment.
🌑 LIBRA NEW MOON
The Relationship Reset Ritual
October 10
Light two white candles, representing Self and Other.
Between them, place a piece of paper.
Write:
I welcome relationships that recognize my value. I release relationships requiring me to abandon myself. I choose reciprocity without sacrificing sovereignty.
Now identify three standards you are establishing for relationships, partnerships or collaborations.
Do not write what someone else must become.
Write what you will choose.
Fold the paper toward yourself 3 times and place it safely beneath or near the candles while they burn.
Close with:
“I do not chase alignment. I become aligned, and I recognize what can meet me there.”
🌕 TAURUS FULL MOON
The Worth & Release Ritual
October 25–26
Taurus asks us to return to what is real.
Take one piece of paper and divide it into two columns:
WHAT I VALUE | WHAT I HAVE OUTGROWN
Be uncompromising.
Include relationships, habits, possessions, financial patterns, expectations and beliefs.
Then ask:
Does the life I am building reflect what I say I value?
Safely tear or burn the What I Have Outgrown portion.
Keep the What I Value portion somewhere visible through November.
Your affirmation:
“I release attachment and retain wisdom. I choose stability, worth, abundance and alignment.”

✨ OCTOBER'S MYSTICAL DIRECTIVE
This month contains an unusual amount of symbolic emphasis on relationships, values, communication, reflection and personal power.
And numerology adds another layer:
The 11/2 reminds us that intuition does not always shout.
Sometimes mastery means becoming quiet enough to hear what you already know.
October asks you to:
Review what returned. Release what has completed its purpose. Reconsider what you truly value. Repair what deserves repair. Protect what deserves protection. Receive what is finally aligned.
And above all—
RECLAIM YOUR POWER.

First-of-the-Month Luck & Fortune Spell
A simple yet powerful ritual designed to invite abundance, opportunity, and energetic flow into your life—rooted in the time-honored cinnamon blessing practiced across folk magic, hoodoo, and modern manifestation traditions. This ritual works because it blends clear intention with physical action, activating both your energy and your environment.
On the first day of the month, ideally in the morning, stand just inside your front door—the energetic gateway of your home. Take three slow, grounding breaths and visualize a warm golden light filling your space with prosperity, protection, joy, and aligned opportunities. Place a small amount of cinnamon in your dominant hand and focus on what you are calling in for the month ahead.
Open your front door and blow the cinnamon inward, imagining luck, money, and supportive people flowing easily into your life. As you do, say: “Luck flows in. Fortune follows me. This month is blessed.” Allow the cinnamon to remain for at least 24 hours (and be mindful if you have pets sensitive to it) so the energy has time to anchor and settle.
This ritual is effective because it activates threshold energy (the front door as a point of entry), breath (your life force), and fire-aligned symbolism through cinnamon, which is known for speeding manifestation and attracting success.
Repeat this practice each month to continuously open pathways for abundance and effortless alignment. ✨
