Cancellation Policy
QHHT Refund & Reschedule Policy We value your time and commitment to this powerful healing process. To ensure fairness and clarity, Mystical Mastery Arts offers the following policies: Refund Policy 1 week to 73 hours in advance: Free cancellation with a full refund minus transaction fees. 72 to 24 hours before your session: You will receive a 50% refund. 23 hours or less before your session: No refund will be issued. Reschedule Policy If you cannot attend your session, you may reschedule once at no additional cost when requested at least 72 hours in advance. 72–24 hours before your session: Rescheduling is permitted with a $50 reschedule fee. 23 hours or less: The session is considered a missed appointment, and no refund or reschedule will be granted. ✨ We encourage clients to honor their scheduled time, as QHHT sessions are deeply personal and require significant preparation.
